Privacy and CV data

    Your CV and email are used only to produce your audit, your revised CV if you order one, and its delivery. FreeCVAudit does not sell your data.

    What is collected

    • The CV file you upload.
    • The email address you enter for delivery.
    • Order and payment status needed to deliver what you bought.

    Does AI see my CV?

    If you order a revised CV or add-on, your CV text is processed by an AI provider (Google) to generate the revision.

    Who processes payments?

    PayPal, Stripe and Whish Pay. FreeCVAudit does not store full card details.

    Where files are stored

    Uploaded CVs and generated PDFs are kept in the site's hosted file storage and are used only to process and deliver your order. Uploaded CVs are kept for 7 days only, then deleted.

    Deleting your data

    Contact us with your order email to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
