This is a managed pilot, not a self-service university platform. SSO, LMS integrations, institution dashboards and white-label software are not included. Scope, invitation method, privacy terms and technical readiness are confirmed before activation.

What the university receives
An aggregate view of participation, completed audits and delivered revisions, plus common CV issue categories, diagnostic score patterns and practical recommendations.
What stays private
Students receive their own audit findings and revised PDFs. Individual CVs and personal results are not automatically shared with university staff. Access, retention and deletion terms are agreed before launch.
CV diagnostics do not predict an employer's ATS decision, interviews or hiring outcomes. Reporting covers the participating cohort only.

How much work is required from our team?+
Nominate a coordinator, confirm your cohort and timing, approve the invitation and processing terms, then distribute invitations through university channels. FreeCVAudit handles the managed workflow.
Do we need to upload a student contact list?+
Not by default. The university can distribute approved individual invitations using its own student communication systems. Eligibility and verification details are finalized during onboarding.
Will our institution receive individual CVs?+
No, not automatically. Students receive their own audits and PDFs. Institutional reporting is aggregate by default, with specific data access, retention and deletion arrangements agreed beforehand.
Are interviews or jobs guaranteed?+
No. The reports describe CV diagnostic findings and participation, not real employer ATS pass rates or employment outcomes.
Can we discuss a different cohort size?+
Yes. The standard pilot includes up to 100 funded revisions; a different allocation or support scope can be quoted.
